Micah brings more than 28 years of experience in Restorative Massage Therapy and Bodywork, offering clients skillful, intuitive care rooted in both effectiveness and compassion. He considers his work rewarding in itself and finds deep fulfillment in helping people restore function, reduce pain, and reconnect with ease in their bodies.

Micah is a graduate of the esteemed Body Therapy Institute in Silk Hope, NC — a highly respected program known for its rigorous, hands-on training and very selective admissions process. There, he received in-depth education in Anatomy, Myofascial Release, Chinese Medicine, and Somatic Psychology under the guidance of gifted teachers who continue to influence his practice today.

A lifelong student of his craft, Micah continually refines his skills and explores new techniques to better serve those in his care. His background as a gourmet chef uniquely informs his massage work — bringing creativity, sensitivity, and an artful touch to every session. He is dedicated to crafting individualized sessions that are tailored to each patient’s needs.

When not working with clients or continuing his studies, Micah enjoys hiking the beautiful mountain trails of Western North Carolina and spending time with his family.

He looks forward to helping clients throughout Rutherford County and beyond return to a life of vitality, flexibility, and peace.
